The 30 most influential recruiters worldwide

Any list of the ‘best’ is problematic.

Lists of the ‘Top Recruiters’ usually make me smile and shake my head.

Lists of the ‘Top 10 rugby players in the world’ often make me fume 😊

Nonetheless, these are the top 30 Recruitment Commentators and Influencers as nominated by Atlas

Lists like this often prompt outcries about “Missing experts”, so it’s interesting to hear Atlas explain that the ranking is determined by a mix of signals that reflect both reach and impact, for example:

1. Number of LinkedIn followers

2. Frequency of posts

3. Average likes and comments per post

4. How actively you respond to your audience

Anyway, the point is there are some great people to follow here, and according to Atlas, here are the Top 5

Joel Lalgee is back on top!

Hishem Azzouz drops to #2 – but not by much.

Greg Savage climbs into the top 3! (Yes, I know! I told you these lists are flawed!)

Benjamin Mena is up 2 spots to land at #4.

Carolyn Christie drops to #5 – will she bounce back?

Atlas also has a full blog on the topic, which is here

Meanwhile, here is the Top 30 list. Plenty of inspiration for people to follow and connect with.

Below is just a screenshot, but you can get the links to each person linked via the article
