1 LinkedIn tip that changes everything
There has been much debate about LinkedIn’s algorithm changes.
Mostly, people complain about the lack of engagement they now get on their posts – and sure, I have seen a decline too.
However, I also get people saying they never see my posts, even though they used to see them all the time.
I am posting as much as ever, but even long-term ‘fans’ no longer see my posts.
You may well have seen the same with your content.
This piece of advice from Gyanda Sachdeva VP of Product Development at LinkedIn, can help immeasurably
“If you want to make sure you see every piece of content someone shares on LinkedIn right when they share it, you can hit the subscribe bell on their profile, and click on “All”. We’ll send you a notification every time that person posts.”
So, if you wanted to see more of my posts, for example (I know, very unlikely!), then as long as we are connected, go to my profile, find the little subscribe bell (top right below your profile banner), and hit either ‘All’ or ‘Most relevant’ and then ‘save’
You can see this in the screenshot below.

I am starting to do the same thing with people whom I like to hear from.
This way, you get to see content you value!
( PS I got this tip from the newsletter produced by Hung Lee )
