Agency Recruiters and Talent Acquisition. New era – better outcomes

I have done over 100 webinars since COVID struck.

As I so classily say in the webinar, it is currently so often a ‘ vicious cycle of fuckuppery‘.

The sad truth is that Agency Recruiters and Internal Talent Teams have not always ‘gelled’. The reasons are many and varied, but include lack of trust, poor communication, misalignment on outcomes, pure unadulterated hubris, and much more.

One of the great COVID-inspired outcomes we can create is a better working relationship, deeper understanding of each other’s process, and better results for all.

finding good talent for a business is one of the most important and difficult tasks. The most common types of recruiting are candidate relationship management (CRM) A recruitment CRM is to manage the relationship between the company (usually facilitated by the recruitment team, hiring manager, or team).
